A painted portrait is a great way to permanently record the joy your beloved pet brings to you. It can also be a wonderful gift that will last a lifetime to someone important to you. My pet portraits are painted with professional grade art materials for durability. In addition, 10% of the proceeds will be donated to local animal shelters. You are helping the animals by commissioning a painting for yourself or as a gift. No payment is required before you see the finished image of the painting (see ordering process below). If you are not happy with how the portrait turns out, you pay nothing and I keep the painting. It's that simple.

The paintings come with hanging wires at the back, so they are ready to hang. You can add a frame of your choice at your local framing shop (frames are not included; examples below can give you some ideas).
The simple ordering process:
1. Email your favorite pet photos to: achouart@gmail.com. Describe what you want, and choose a size: 16" x 20" (more suitable for half- to full-body) or 11" x 14" (better for head portraits). I will reply to you to discuss the best pose, then start the commissioned painting.
2. The portrait usually takes 2-4 weeks to complete. An image of the painting will be sent to you for approval before shipping.
3. Make payment for the portrait via PayPal (see below). The secure PayPal site accepts either credit cards or your PayPal account. The painting will be shipped once the payment is received.
